"Area was nice, staff was pleasant, room was Clean, water was hot"

"This hotel has a pool but it doesn't work...the pool area is actually a storage room. It was quite obvious that this place cuts corners everywhere they can even down to the coffee served at breakfast...it was watered down. The staff were great, I have no complaints. If you just need somewhere to stay that's clean so you're not on the street, this place will work, just don't expect it to be quality."

"Very loud with vacantly, bed not fully furnished didn't have any blankets, pillows left on couch, window shade didn't work. No pool when the website said they had one."

"Absolutely loved the enclosed grassy courtyard, as did our pup. Room was clean, attractive and the shower was wonderful, actual water pressure! Would definitely recommend and will stay again if I travel back to Albuquerque"

"Couldn't have been any better. Well appointed room and amenities. The room itself faced the most beautiful mountain range and landscape. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The price was in line for a similar rooms of its size. The casino was amazing and on site restaurants were great and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back."

"The staff was super helpful during check in. The first room I was given had a strong cigarette smell. But they were super understanding and assigned me a new room no questions asked. The rooms and building honestly look nicer than the pictures and are very clean. There was a problem with my room keys and internet on the second night but was fixed at the front desk without any additional issues. Breakfast was also very good. Overall very positive experience besides the few minor inconveniences...

"Room was clean, staff was nice, couldn’t stay for breakfast, parking was good plenty of spaces. The trash can outside of the building by the parking lot and walking up to front entrance was overflowing trash onto the ground. Shampoo & conditioner bottles offered are very small enough for one person. Should consider the dispenser inside the shower like other La Quinta’s have with Dove shampoo, conditioner & shower gel! Room was sufficient for over night rest what was needed. "

"The property is frequented by drug users and criminal activity. It was obvious this was a very dangerous area with plenty of criminal activity occurring. The rooms were filthy! Very old and the photos were misleading and definitely not accurate at all. I was so scared to stay here but I didn’t think I’d get a refund so I stuck it out. The $100 deposit is ridiculous for the condition of the rooms. Knobs missing from the kitchenette, dirty toilets, open soap in the tub. Do NOT stay here"

"Staff was outstanding: Alex was always ready to help;,maintenance fixed some issues as promptly as possible; housekeeping very responsive; there was only one woman manning the breakfast service-she did an amazing job! I don’t like this new style of Residence Inn. More like hotel/apartment style, unlike older style with separate townhouse arrangement. Breakfast was not special."

"The rooms are pretty rough with discolored drywall and missing texture. Extremely loud location due to traffic and hotel guests. To my fellow construction workers pass on this place."

"Front desk was RUDE. Refused check in and then came back and told us for an extra $50.00 we could check in.. he called it an incident fee... No where on the ads for the room does it state 21+ to reserve, only notified when the confirmation email was received. My traveler was 19, solo traveling for the first time. We found the communications to be VERY rude. Accommodations are true to previous reviews, good for one time pass through, room is tired and dirty. Bedding and towels were clean."

"We spend most weekends in Albuquerque for tournaments and this was our first time staying here. We loved that they not only had breakfast included but dinner, too. My husband and I were also able to enjoy our three free drinks which was nice while our kids hung out in the dining area watching tv. The pool and hot tub are also very clean and the windows in the pool room give it the perfect ambience. It’s a little more expensive than what we’re used to, but we will gladly pay it knowing we don’t...
