"The room was clean and had all amenities as promised at the time of reservation.
Great location, literally next to a bus/tram stop which was extremely helpful.
The apartment building was clean and safe enough as well. Check-in and check-out process was simple and easy.
One thing that was a little uncomfortable was the size of the bathroom and kitchenette especially the bathroom. The shower was really really small so having a shower in there was not fun. The kitchenette had enough storage...

"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked.
I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...
