"Our room was fairly clean however it did appear that the carpet was dirty and in need of being replaced. It looked like it had been patched and started to fray. Breakfast was good, but the breakfast area was way too small to accommodate all of the guest. In general, this hotel needs a renovation. The refrigerator was missing some parts."

"I would have appreciated knowing that the pool was closed. I would have chose a different hotel. The elevator also stopped working on Friday evening. I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs after a long day. This is not my idea of a relaxing stay. Instead of the staff person apologizing about the elevator, he blamed it on the repairman. My room was clean but the outside area by the pool was unkept."

"The guest host was not welcoming or accommodating after trying to book another night due to flight delays. I had to check into a different hotel even they had availability but they want to charge a higher rate than the night before. I ended up grabbing another hotel same boulevard that was $150 less and much better go figure."
