"Check in was fine. Didn't catch the additional parking fee on the website. Staff was helpful in navigating that all. We stayed in room 156 and the internet could not support streaming. The front desk offered us the pw for the conference ctr which we appreciated. Ordered bf via the website for $20/day, did not realize that most items on the bf menu were $10-16 so lost some $ there. "I accidentally walked into the hotel next-door that smelled fresh and clean and bright and airy only to find out that was not my hotel and walked across the parking lot to this one. Where it smelled moldy and musty like that HVAC filters or the vacuum filters or none of that stuff had been cleaned in a very long time. "Good location with many dining options near by. Free parking was a perk. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Room could use a little TLC but overall clean. "

"Nice-sized suites. Friendly staff. BUT IT IS NOT AT THE SPECTRUM, it is off Lake Forest, at Rockfield. Once checked in, Hint, park in the underground parking on the left side of the building to avoid the long walk from the lobby to the elevators."

"The daily breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful views and building. My only complaint was the very dim lighting in the room and bathroom which made makeup application difficult. If you are a woman traveler it would be good to bring your own lighted travel mirror."
