"Long line at reservation to get my room. Then open the toilet lid to see diarrhea and toilet paper all inside it. They give me a new room and someone’s used razor is on the floor in the bathroom. The Italian restaurant inside the lobby was no better, the food was barely warmed up. Worst place I stayed my whole trip."

"Breakfast team was good, gentlemen on desk and egg station lady, so sweet. Front desk team was kind and attentive at check in. Housekeeping lady was so sweet. Good choice for hotel pre cruise location. Our family had 2 rooms and we had everything that we needed. "

"Parking was great, breakfas was bad. Cleaning staff did not respect "Do not disturb" sign on the door. Good location everything else average at best."

"Excellent buffet breakfast. The rooms were cleaned too late in the day. This was frustrating. The room itself was clean and air conditioned. The bed was very comfortable."

"Staff was outstanding in being helpful. Breakfast was a disappointment since all of the “hot” food was tepid at best. The cold foods were great. Overall, I recommend this choice. I’ve included the view from our room."

"If you are just staying for a night and only to have a place to sleep in, it’s ok. But if you are going for a nice visit in Sthlm don’t pick this one. The best thing is the central location but that’s it 😊"
