"We arrived before our designated check in time due to a very early flight, expecting just to drop our bags, but the reception staff were able to check us in early as our rooms were already ready. Generally they were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the hotel was convenient for our visit to the city."

"We had to extend our stay an extra day after both getting food poisoning at the food court place up the street. We had a full day of being hideously sick. When we contacted the staff it was all very matter of fact from them. They added an extra night and that was about the extent of their help. No checking up, no asking if they could be of any help, no nothing. They were friendly and welcoming up to that point, but the indifference shown after we were both so ill was quite astonishing. "

Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. "Situé dans le quartier européen cet hôtel était parfait pour moi. Près des transports en commun. C'est anglophone comme établissement. Le personnel était très gentil et accueillant. Vous devez aller prendre un café et un sandwich au Utamu juste à côté. Bon voyage!"

Steps away from foodies paradise - Belgian waffle, frites and chocolate lovers places at every corner. 15 minutes away from Atomium and Mini-Europe, Manneken Pis, Gallerie St. Hubert are both steps away too.
