"Pool area needs some work."

"Everything was good. Only thing I didn’t get to try was the pool-but it was clean & others were swimming. Staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast options were good."

"They need to pay attention to the small items. Knobs on dresser was broke. Missing vent cover in bathroom. Front desk was never there, you had to yell or call a phone number. Not consistent with continental breakfast. Better maid service. Strong cleaning smell and floors not mopped clean."

"The desk clerk had a lot of issues with what the room should provide for sleeping. Took three phone calls to "managers". Had to wait a good while to even check in because there were issues with the three people ahead of me. The room was really damp even though it seemed brand new. The carpet felt almost wet. It is a fairly new hotel so I expected a little better service and a "dry" room."

"Beautiful setting. In the middle of nowhere! No restaurants. No shops. Beds were comfortable, shower was good but no soap provided! Lighting was very dim -could use an upgrade."
