Polonia Palace Hotel

"Polonia Palace is a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous historic interior. My room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, and the location is extremely convenient. Breakfast had an excellent variety. I also enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant—the food and service were very good. Unfortunately, there were too many service hiccups during my short stay. I booked two rooms for the first night and one for the second, and asked to remain in the same room. The receptionist said she would add a note but didn’t ask which room I wanted, so I had to return the next morning to confirm it. At check-in, I was asked if I wanted breakfast for both nights and said yes. However, on the second morning I was told it wasn’t included. I was initially allowed in, but staff approached me after I had started taking food, creating an uncomfortable situation. After dinner, the waiter forgot to obtain a required signature, so the payment was rejected and he later had to find me in the hotel to process it again. Individual mistakes happen, but their concentration during such a short stay was frustrating. Overall, the hotel itself is excellent, but the service lacked warmth, empathy, and attention to detail, leaving me reluctant to return."

"Gym was nice and clean. Full range of cardio equipment. Rooms was spacious and well appointed; cleaned and stocked daily with espresso, still, and sparkling water. Staff were all helpful and provided professional customer service. Optional breakfast was excellent, healthy, lots of options and long hours for getting up early or sleeping in. Great location."

"It was a nice stay overall, but the level of service didn’t quite feel consistent with what I would expect from a five-star hotel, especially given the price. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, but I’m not sure it was worth the cost. I had also paid for an upgraded room that specifically listed an office as one of the features on the hotel’s own website. When I arrived, however, I was initially given a room without one. When I asked about it, I was told that I had been placed in the upgraded room I booked. I ultimately had to go back down to the front desk and pull up the room description on their website to show that the category I reserved specifically included an office. They eventually agreed to move me to the correct room, which I appreciated, but it felt like an unnecessary hassle, particularly at a five-star property."

"A short but very enjoyable stay. The hotel is centrally located, close to the metro and the city center. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of people at breakfast, but we still managed to eat comfortably – we didn't wait too long for our food, and the buffet was always replenished. We highly recommend it."

"Wonderful staying in hotel in a Warsaw in a center close to old city to train station to bus station to all little gathering to have a listen concert of Chopin to all architecture pieces whatever you want to see if you came to Warsaw, especially in the first time walkable a distance clean safe. They have breakfast in, but I always prefer to explore they have kettle water in they room so you can have a tea in the evening."
