"We had seen mixed reviews about other people's stays and were a bit apprehensive about what to expect. We could NOT have had a more fantastic stay. Staff were extremely attentive and welcoming especially Veejay( the manager), Gary, Anne and Nadine. We are a family of 6 ( 3 adult couples) and it was the perfect highland base for exploring the area. Food was fresh and was made from scratch. Leave time for leisurely meals. Specially props for breakfast pancakes. Rooms were spacious and beds...

"古ーいホテルでしたが部屋はそれなりに改装されていて清潔度は問題なし。古き良きスコットランドのホテルという感じでした。ロビー、食堂は広々していてスタッフの方々の対応もよかった。 朝食付き2人で1泊18500円くらい。イギリスでは安いほうでコスパはGood！ 朝食はビュッフェ形式でパン数種類、オートミール、卵料理、ポテト料理、ソーセージ、焼きマッシュルーム(イギリスの朝食では定番のよう)、ヨーグルト、コーヒー紅茶、牛乳・フレッシュジュースなどメニュー豊富。ただし日本のホテル朝食のような野菜サラダは、ここのホテルに限らずイギリス朝食では望めません。 もしまた行くことがあれば、部屋をグレードアップして利用したいです。"

"Booked an apartment with 2 king size beds and 1 double sofa bed but was given 1 king bed and 2 single beds and 2 small single sofa beds. Quite close to all the shops, not bad but would have been good if we got what we booked."

"The Inn is easy to find with ample parking. My concerns centred on strong, damp like smelly in my room. Curtains that couldn't be closed properly. With the main door not being locked at night, security was very poor. I was woken by a disturbance outside my door during the night it was very unsettling. All these issues might have been easier to raise with staff had they been approachable. It took the duration of the trip for the person at reception to smile and be friendly. Would definitely not...

"Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. At check in was not advised to turn power to bathroom was a switch outside in public hallway. Not great when already stripped off. Eventually worked it out. Breakfast was great with outlook over country side."
