"We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The landscaping is absolutely beautiful, with walking paths throughout the property that make it peaceful and relaxing to explore. There are grills conveniently scattered around the resort, plus great amenities including a pool, hot tub, ping pong tables, and even life-size checkers. "One from desk clerk was really condescending. He is hanging on to the tiny man bun fad. It's a horrible look and he walks around like he's the king of the world. He needs to be reminded that he works at a hotel."

"Every time we’re in Vegas we stay at the New York New York The rooms are Great They are big size rooms Very clean Friendly Staff Walking distance to lots of attractions Our ONLY complaint would be the charge for parking They should NOT charge the people that are staying at their casino for parking I don’t know if that is new I don’t remember having to pay last few times but as we were leaving the parking lot the bar would not lift until we paid it is $20 a day I think that’s ridiculous"

"The hotel was hot throughout the night and day, for some reason with the ac in our room its missing the knob it does have wall controls but it appears as tho the ac its self has been adjusted to not blow at its max, if you stay here I recommend bringing a small desk fan, also the pool is kind of small, no jacuzzi and there are cameras pointed directly at the pool but this hotel is in a really awesome location!! The breakfast is great and the staff are very helpful and nice"

"Staff was great and helped in checking us in since we were arriving later in the evening. The room was really nice and we appreciated the location to nearby businesses. The only downside was the breakfast, other than that, I would recommend staying here."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
