"No breakfast"

"The hot tub was out of order, there was no prior notice of this just a note in the pool area. Had to switch rooms 2 times, first time was due to the furnace coming out of the wall with exposed electrical with a huge amount of heavy dust, the second room change was due to unsafe broken desk chair that tipped all the way back (luckily no one got hurt) and the room being a low floor above a event smoking area that was very loud and smelly, we discovered this when returning to our room after a long...

"This is a wonderful heritage building in New Westminster. Perfectly outfitted and maintained. The staff are terrific. They look like they enjoy working there. I highly recommend booking a Fraser River view room. Just a bit of traffic noise. The view is amazing, especially at night, when everything is all lit up. I will be back sooner than later."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Michael is a wonderful host, and we really enjoyed our chats with him over breakfast. The view is stunning, and there is nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the rushing river right outside your window. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was top-notch. We highly recommend this B&B and will definitely be back!"

"Loads of construction happening around the property, so access felt a bit challenging the first time arriving. Parking was easy and staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean, bathroom was ok. The bathtub was old and looked dirty. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t try the breakfast, but lots of others did and seemed to be enjoying. "

"As soon as you walked off the elevator you were hit with a very strong, nauseating room freshener smell in the hallway. When we opened our room it smelled like stale cigarette smoke and musty. Our room’s heater-a/c continuously ran even though the thermostat was turned off. We would have to unplug it at night. Our toilet also kept running off and on and the bathroom door needed to be shut to muffle the sound. "
