"I had a great stay at this hotel! The experience was smooth, the room was comfortable, and everything was just what I needed. The staff was friendly, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend!"

"Love the complementary breakfasts and cocktails/ snacks nightly. Staff are very nice."

"The room was clean overall There was a strike with valet so the hotel had to utilize a temp service They were very unprofessional Would not listen nor new the rules of checking in your car They used explicit language that should never be used inder any circumstance"

"I would say the best part was the view from the 20th floor looking right at the Magnificent Mile! The windows from ceiling to floor were awesome! The view at night was amazing! Everything was AMAZING!!"

"This property has a fantastic location by the Chicago Theatre. The venue is clean, chic and comfortable. The staff are top tier. This was my second time staying at the hotel and I will be back."

"Rooms were modern looking, functional and beds were so comfy"

"The staff were excellent. Room was clean. Only complaint, the key fobs were the most difficult to coordinate for use of elevator I've ever experienced. And I know it wasn't just my issue. Every time I got in elevator, the difficulty using key fobs to navigate up and down elevators was frustrating for all- young and old. In fact, it was a common topic of conversation."

"Good location"

"I would stay here again in the future. Perfect location."
