"Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff were lovely, extremely clean and beautiful grounds. Had a wonderful chat with one of the groundsmen. Marlow is just a short drive away. The reason I haven’t given an “excellent” was because the massage wasn’t as relaxing as I would expect. No calming spa music and very hot in the treatment room. You can also only use the spa until 11am in the day of check out, and whilst I understand they don’t want people there all day we didn’t need to leave until 12. I would stay again if in the areas"

"We had a great stay however, there was supposed to be a dog wash but it was not turned on. We were on the second floor, the stairwells were not cleaned in the 2 days. Cups and rubbish left on window sills. Could not open the windows in the room. It was stifling hot. We had a fan ( no air con). The restaurant in the evenings, food was great however the staff didn’t know the answer to any of my questions. We were given 2 different menus. When we ordered it was off the old menu that was no longer available."

"Overall the hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are lovely. Just needed more soap in the shower jar…it needed to be replenished but that was minor. The restaurant had great food and the prices were very reasonable. I also loved that I got a front row view of the planes about to land at Heathrow. Loved it!"
