The staff is nice and helpful. Its location is alright and they have got a clean & cozy lounge where people can do their things. The bathrooms were in mantainance but the ones behind the kitchen were available. Kitchen facility and free breakfast were also ok.
I stayed two nights in a female dorm, which shares the entrance with another dorm. It is kind of a weird half-open space, and somehow whoever goes in or out just bangs the door. Didn't sleep much because of the noises from the roomates, which is not unusual considering it's a dorm.
Overall, this is a cozy little hostel and I would recommend it.

Ceci est une categorie "hotel de jeunesse". Jai voulu essayer malgré mes 45 ans... je suis convaincue que pour ceux qui n'ont pas de difficulté a tolérer l'absence d'intimité, cet hébergement peut convenir, malgré un notable inconfort du matelas. L'emplacement est excellent pour ce qui a à voir à Evora, Portugal.

L'accueil tres sympathique de l'hôtesse et la possibilité de nous garer a proximité de notre hébergement. Le fait d'etre logés en centre ville était appréciable aussi .
Nous n'avons pas aimé la promiscuité pour prendre nos repas et ne connaissions pas ce fonctionnement des auberges de jeunesse. La seule que nous ayons fréquentée au Portugal etait celle de Alejo.

Inside the walls of the city, so reasonably close to everything. We were put in an annex and had to climb two steep flights of stairs. Place was very quiet.

Experiência negativa.
Sao dois locais. Fiquei no anexo, quase em frente ao prédio principal. Prédio principal era bonito, mas o local que fiquei, achei desagradável.
Local não era vistoso aos olhos, tive que subir 2 lances de escada numa escada bem estreita, o local era quente e o ventilador não nos satisfez, não tinha ar condicionado no quarto. Aquecedor do chuveiro não funcionava direito e o pior, a chave do quarto do vizinho, tbm abria a porta do meu quarto.
Com relação ao café da manhã, era simples.

Actually I did not stay--I booked 1 night in order to leave my luggage during sightseeing (was on the way from Lisbon to Estremoz--since there is no coin locker at the bus terminal). Convenient location. When the manager (?) found out that I am not staying overnight, he charged me only 5 Euro instead of 16.

Disappointed
The receptionist did not ask us for any identification when we checked in. He asked us to pay in cash upfront. Then he took us to a different building nearby, showed us to our room on the second floor. We had booked a TWIN BED room and was given a 4-bed dormitory room. It had no safe or decorations as it is being listed on this website obviously because it was not the room we had booked. On a different note breakfast was good and location was great. Very disappointed indeed.

Kind staff. Single didn't lock from the outside.
Booked a single. The door to the single (which was really a set of twin beds), was kind of flimsy and didn't lock from the outside. This made it kind of difficult to go the restroom without having to lock everything in the locker, which was pretty inconvenient. The staff was super kind and helpful at check-in.

ドミトリーの部屋は別館にあるので気兼ねなく使えた。wifi接続も良い。キッチンの電気コンロが熱くなるまで時間がかかる。カテドナルとバス停の中間にあるので便利でした。

Bom é bem localizado
O hostel está bem localizado. Não é dos mais comodos por onde já passei, mas por apenas 12€ e com pequeno almoço incluído serve bem para passar poucas noites.

Bed bugs
Hostel was fine until we woke up with bed bugs on us. A very nice employee moved us to a different building at midnight but the damage had been done.
Spoke to the owner in the morning and he said he knew the room had bed bugs but it had been treated so "90 percent of them were dead.". He rented out a room KNOWING it had bed bugs in it.

The hotel is located between bus terminal and city center. Good location. Room and bath room are very clean. Staff is very friendly. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Hostel inside the citywalls
We had a quick stop after Lisboa in the centre of beautiful town of Evora. The location of the hostel is excellent and staff very helpful.

Convenient
A hostel stay that remindedus of international travels in our hitchhiking days. Basic breakfast, camaradie with other guests, helpful hosts. Major negative is that the hotel doesn't accept credit cards.

Abbiamo prenotato questo ostello considerandp la valitazione vista nel vs. Sito. Purtroppo questa e' invece stata la sistemazione peggiore di tutta la vacanza. Infatti al ns arrivo ci manno mandato in una loro casa 10 minuti a piedi da loro e con tutte le valiige , non sono pochi. In questa casa poi l 'odore era poco piacevole, non c'era nessuno. nessuno. Dai muri pendono fili della lhce scoperti
, ilbagno lontano dalle camere, nessena tv, letto ancora da fare con federe molto piu piccole del cuscino, illuminazione in stanza insufficiente e mancanza di asciugamani.
. Colazione accettabile ma da fare nell'edificio principale.
