"The breakfast was great, the restaurant in the club house was nicer than in the main hotel. The spa was excellent (massages and great pedicure with friendly staff). The pool was good, but busy.

"The location was great, though it was a bit hard to find as the entrance seemed to be at the back of the building. Our room was luxurious—everything we hoped for and more! The rooftop bar offered nice views and we enjoyed the continental breakfast at the restaurant for an additional charge. We’d definitely stay again."

"Simply perfect for a memorable stay in the heart of Dartmoor. We hadn't planned to stay until a few days before hand, but having seen the fantastic weather forecast decided to book (initially) a 1-night stopover on our way from Shropshire to Looe in Cornwall.
