"Room was spotless. Obviously very new. Very well appointed and would be perfect for a longer stay as it was basically a small flat. Check in was very friendly and helpful. "

"Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Location is brilliant, right in the city centre five minutes walk from the train station.
We got an apartment for less than we would normally pay for a room.
We would definitely stay again if we were visiting Leeds."

"Lovely place to stay and perfect for exploring West Yorkshire and the Peak District. Accomodation was very clean and comfortable and owners and neighbours very friendly. Also has a lovely little courtyard where you can watch the sunset with either a glass or a cuppa. Will definitely stay again. "

"The room was lovely and clean and comfortable, we arrived and got a parking spot next to the hotel. Communication is excellent. Lighting on arrival so we could put the code into the building was fantastic. We were in the first room. It was modern with a lovely big bed, with a walk-in shower which is ideal for me as I struggle with mobility. It was a tiny step into the shower, about 2 centimetres high, which didn’t cause me any issues. The room had a big TV and settee, table, small wardrobe. We...
