"The front office staff ( Harpreet & Michael) were very curtious, prompt and customer focused. The Restaurant staff (Sandesh & Sandeep) were very friendly and welcoming.
Some suggestions for improvement at the property.
Outside Window shutters rattled all night long and need to be better secured
Ensure there is hot water in the shower at all times which was lacking.
No complimentary shuttle to the port for pickup nor drop off .
Door to the bathroom/shower did not lock in the master bedroom"

"Santo Mangata hotel is absolutely beautiful with great amenities & very close to the beach and restaurants.
The Staff are excellent and very friendly.
Our room was perfect & overlooked the fabulous swimming pool.
I have already recommended the hotel to friends & family.
We can’t wait to visit again !

"It was 20 mins away from Fira but the bus was very convenient. We liked the quiet and amenities and the beautiful views from our room. The staff were excellent and super helpful and friendly!!"
