"Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. "

"The staff are absolutely warm and welcoming. The front desk concierge team went above and beyond to offer assistance with the complimentary computer and printing services. The shower head in room 314 was a little grungy but others wise an awesome stay. "

"HOTEL CHARGED ME FOR AN HALF DAY AS MY DAUGHTER LEFT SOME STUFF IN THE ROOM; I HAD LET HOUSE KEEPING KNOW AS I WAS LATE GETTING OVER TO THE EVENT CENTER. I WAS TOLD IT WAS OK AS THEY WOULD NOT BE CLEANING THE ROOM TILL 5PM; AT 3:45 SECURITY HAD TO LET US IN THE ROOM TO GRAB LEFT ITEMS AND WAS RUDE ABOUT IT; I EXPLAINED HAD TO LEAVE QUICKLY TO NOT MISS AWARDS AND WAS TOLD BY HOUSE KEEPING IT WAS FINE. ALSO HOTEL DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING OPEN FOR US CONSIDERING THE COMPETION BREAKFAST OPEN AT 7 KIDS...

"I think everything has been updated recently, so the room was top notch! Breakfast was good. If I have anything that I wish was different I would say having to eat breakfast with a large group of young girls who were staying there and they tend to be very active in that space. Most of the seating was taken up both mornings at different hours. I did not have time to experience the bar."

"This was the most unique stay I’ve ever had. Completely hands off from the hosts (unless you need anything which they are only a call away) Feels like it’s your home while you stay."

"The Richardson is a magnificent and masterful architectural experience. Vast and captivating to the historically minded. We really enjoyed our stay. We were introduced to the architecture of Buffalo which houses structures that rival those we visited in Europe. Highly recommend for those with the interest. "

"The room is really clean and organized and the staff was very friendly with all my requests. They are implementing a new breakfast system, which is standard for NorthAmerican hotels and the food was very good. the yoghurt machine was simply amazing. The property is modern and well kept and staff promptly addressed an issue regarding a noisy neighbour. It was a great stay."
