"Staff gals all great"

"Check in was quick and easy. The room itself was quite large which is great! There were many issues with the appearance of the room including slimmy/slippy floors. The woodwork needed painted as it was chipped. The bathroom blue door had streaks of white paint on it. The bed was very uncomfortable, leaning to the end of the bed feeling like you needed guard rails to stay in bed. The bed sheet was actually a mattress cover with elastic all around the edge. The commode was not cleaning...

"Clean room, efficient check in and check out. Breakfast however left a little to be desired. Hot pancakes/waffle maker out of order. One of the two chaffing dishes didn’t have anything in it. Offerings seemed limited compared to similar level hotels. Coffee was not good. But good for sleeping somewhere clean while on the road."

"Hopefully it was just a bad one off... but this was perhaps the worst motel stay we ever had. The first room was toxic with air refreshing scent to cover up obvious mildew and pet odor. We were told we couldn't change rooms so we tried to air it out but after a few hours the toxic scent persisted. We went to to check out early and go find another place to stay and at that point we were offered another room. We took that other room and unfortunately it reeked of stale beer. "This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. I didn't have breakfast, but I passed the area it was in, and it looked nice. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn. (I was in town for an event in Murrysville and I chose to go...

"Clean, comfortable, simple room. The issue was that my room faced 40th Street, and the traffic noise was very loud! Usually, I don't mind such noise if it is low, but definitely these were the thinnest windows ever!"

"Being on the golf course is perfect and the views are incredible , breakfast was nice too. My only complaint is that the blackout curtains do not close, so the flood lights from the front of the hotel shine through the sheer curtains all night. That’s a silly oversight."

"this is my third stay at this Hyatt location and it’s a great hotel. Very quiet, clean and has a large secure parking lot which was great as I had a vehicle full of personal items parked overnight. It’s my go to choice when visiting Pittsburgh."
