"Excellent stay!"

"Overall a good experience. Staff were friendly and polite. They were extremely helpful with providing a room so we could check out later, and bar staff were excellent. The only room for improvement was the breakfast, food was good and fresh, however it felt a little chaotic at times, though staff did their upmost to help during busy times. It would be an improvement to have table service for certain items eg eggs/coffee to reduce the chaos."

"This hotel is excellent. The staff were excellent, the glass of fizz on arrival was a treat. The rooms were a great size and we appreciated the coffee machine, chocolates and good amounts of water. Double sinks in the room made it great for two mates. Pillows amazing and comfy beds"

"The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of the old town and within walking distance of most sites of interest. They have an underground parking garage so we rented a car at the airport for day trips out of the city. Driving in the old town was challenging with many narrow, dead end, and one-way streets. There are a couple of restaurants in the square right outside the door that are open very late and got a little rowdy, so if you are a light sleeper you might want to...

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. It is newly renovated and conveniently located for the old town and Turia gardens and easy to catch the bus or tram to the beach and other sites. We had a generously sized room which was beautifully designed, and very clean and comfortable. The amenities in the room were excellent, the toiletries were of high quality, and we really appreciated the complimentary water every day. We had purposefully chosen the deluxe exterior view window, expecting a view...
