"Easy Parking, Very nice staff, Shame there was no Breakfast."

"Once we rang the phone number on the entrance door the owner came and checked us in and was friendly the location was good to get around The bathroom had been refurbished so was nice We stayed in room 8 a twin room Be careful of what you need from your stay as no bar or restaurant was open Breakfast left in your room to eat but nowhere to sit and eat it The fridge was old and dirty ( I have pictures) collected dirty water in a tray over night as freezer compartment were broken (photo)...

"Check in was quick and efficient. Being able to park for no additional charge was great. Great location for all the main parts of Peterborough. Room was exceptionally silent the whole day and night. A few doors in the morning but that's to be expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Nets at the window and black out curtains. Very much an upgrade on the usual Travelodge I normally stay at due to cleanliness and staff. Room was spacious enough"

"We booked about a year in advance as we wanted to be in the area for our son’s wedding the next day. We paid top price but didn’t get a top hotel! Our bath panel had been severely damaged by water and whilst the aircon cooling worked well it was like having a tractor in the room! "Just arrived home after a fabulous stay! What a truly glorious place to relax and unwind. The spa was lovely, the food was excellent, and every member of staff made our visit so special. A special thank you to David, Rob (Night Manager), Danny, and Andrew’s, who all went above and beyond to make my friend and me feel so welcome throughout our stay. Your kindness and hospitality really made all the difference. We’re especially grateful for letting us stay up until 4:45am to watch the England...

"We were put in the annex roof room which had suffered earlier water damage. While we understand that Victorian houses are not the same as today's the stairs were extremely narrow and dangerous, especially when carrying suitcases. The windows also need replacing, the double glazing was a manual effort"
