"Such a beautiful hotel with the sweetest staff. Breakfast was as good as I’ve ever had at a hotel of this class. Coffee is outstanding! We needed a later checkout due to a tournament our son was playing in, and they didn’t even blink in allowing us to check out at 2:00 with no charge. I’d we ever come back to Charlotte, we would certainly stay here again!"

"The room was smaller compared to their other property in Rock Hill. Also didn't have ice maker, a bigger leather chair and a rotating desk chair like the Rock Hill SC property. I like that it was very clean, the AC was great and the staff was very attentive and nice. Yes, I'll recommend it."

"In the middle.of a remodel and it shows. The elevator seems like it was going break any minute. No phone in our room and a wire was sticking out of the wall and taped up. We had to figure out why no sound on the TV,. The shampoo/conditioner was the smallest i have ever seen and not even sufficient for 1 person let alone the 3 we had. "1st you smelled, was moved to another room. Bathroom was horrible. Tile in the shower had mold on the grout, and all over the bottom of the shower curtain. Toilet seat slid all over. Bathroon door hinges were rusted. Had them chamge out the waffle mix two days in a row. Was told the milky substance that came out was because it was cold from the fridge overnight. Totally dissatisfied with this property. Was charged $30. for a late checkout because i booked through a 3rd party. Had you booked...
