"Property had a water leak, 1130 at night started running vacs and making lots of noise. The staff should have worried about taking care of the ajoining guest first, before doing remedation after the emegency leak was stopped"

"Gym was not usable, as it was being used for storage. Nobody offered any concessions or solutions. I asked several times to have front desk escalate to management, no response. The breakfast was instant oatmeal and shrink-wrapped muffins. I will be avoiding this place unless I can't find anything cheaper. "

"I’d like to mention that the staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating. The hotel manager was outstanding, just like the restaurant manager. They all paid close attention to guests and ensured everyone was satisfied. The driver who took us around was also very kind and attentive. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I genuinely appreciated the service and the overall experience. "

"The best thing about the room was it was clean. The kitchen did have a few pots and pans. I had to use the big pan to flush the toilet.There was 1 glass in the kitchen, but no coffee pot of any kind. The bed qas horrible and the pillows were like airline throw away pillows. "Well, it's a Super 8, so I didn't expect much more than a clean room. Long story short, that didn't happen. People had obviously been smoking in that room a lot. It smelled horrible with cigarette burns on the floor, bathtub, and toilet seat. The carpet and walls looked like a murder scene right out of an episode of CSI. "Room was not clean at all. Found cockroaches in the shower, shower wasn’t clean- hair and sand in it. Mattress is sitting on the ground and is very dirty. Overall terrible stay. Genuinely the worst place on singer island "
