"We had a late night flight cancellation. Most hotels were booked but I was able to find and book this one. This motel was so terrible. Unclean, rat in hallway, smelled like urine and felt unsafe. We took one look at the room and headed straight back to the airport and spent the night there. I am surprised that Expedia would even list this as an option. Really disappointed"

"First of all we had to switch rules twice because the first one that they gave us had them dirty linen, and the toilet was disassembled. The second room was dirty sheets and linens were not clean. I was told by the manager they would give us a discount for staying there and dealing with the inconvenience upon my checkout, but when I checked out manager act like he never said anything about the discount and basically disregarded it everything that he had said worst property I would not stay here...

"The location is great . But it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. When i arrived 1:00 pm i requested early check in and i was charged for it . Not expecting anything free . I was more than okay with the extra charge . The condo had not been cleaned. It took over 3 hours for housekeeping to arrive and prepare the condo. "We visited the Hotel, and told we couldn't check till later that day."

"We were hung up on twice calling for the shuttle, our room had bugs, live and dead all over the room and bathrooms, we were given a new room however it was a king size bed when I originally booked 2 queens as there were 3 of us. We were offered a roll out however we had to go get it do to staffing levels. We paid for a late check out and were kicked out of our room. Would not recommend this place. "

"We never stayed here. They took our money with out us ever staying there. We booked a room after midnight and wanted to stay that same night. When we arrived at the hotel, they were all booked. They would not refund our money! Not a good experience! Very poor customer service! Not happy with Expedia at all!"

"Location of this hotel is good. It is downtown and close proximity to Daikon Park and Toyota Center. The valet drop off pick up area is very confusing super busy at a very busy intersection that would be my chief complaint and of course, like most downtown towns of major cities, homeless people and people under the influence of certain substances make you feel a bit uneasy of going out once it gets dark not very amenities.
