"My room was very clean and tidy. The mattress was a little old, but still comfortable enough to sleep on. The choice of an outdoor or indoor pool was much appreciated. Overall, this hotel was a good value."

"The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the town center of Lenox, close to all the shops and restaurants. I was a little concerned initially about the reviews I read regarding the level of cleanliness of the rooms which I am extremely particular about. "All things considered I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that could have been better was 24 hour front desk help. I arrived at around Midnight and had to get help from nighttime security, which I had to call for assistance. Also had to check out at 3:00 AM and was told someone would be there to assist in checking out. Nobody was there and had to just leave my card key at the desk."

"Great place to stay for location and was very unique. Had trouble checking in and was difficult to get ahold of someone since there was no onsite staff. They said it was a problem with expedia booking. The room itself was great and spacious - so much to do with how they had the whole place decorated. A very nice place to stay for the night."

"The inn is historic with a grand feel. The room was large and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Nice hot shower. Clean room. Food and service were great.
