"The stay was good but the elevator broke down the day before we left and they still didn’t have it fixed by the time we checked out. This created a problem with hauling suitcases down the stairs and for other people who needed to bring their belongings upstairs. They really need to have a 24/7 service for that since there is only one elevator in this facility."

"Rooms are clean and the beds were nice. Usually I get shoulder pain from hotel beds, but with these, I didn’t. Breakfast was yummy and never ran out."

"Make sure you understand this is for the bedroom only. Those pics of a living room and kitchen? Those aren’t for you. You’re not allowed in there. Bedroom only. And they won’t tell you that until right before check in. So they can get your cancellation fee when you have to find different accommodations last minute. Do not recommend."

"We had to flip the bed sheet over. It looked dirty and used and was so thin you could see thru it. We weren’t given any drinking cups, one tiny thin bar of soap and only two towels. We requested a blanket and were given one that didn’t even fit our bed. All in all I wouldn’t book this hotel again."

"The staff are fantastic. The Breakfast was always well stocked. Each time I entered the lobby I was greeted with a smile and a hello. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows to help for a great night sleep. Stayed in a handicapped room with no tub which made showering using the shower chair provided easy and convenient Parking was fine. As the heat comes covered parking would be nice but in the winter should be no problem. The entrance to parking lot is a bit steep but that is how...

"We enjoyed the clean and comfortable bed! We slept well. I wish we had time to try the Jacuzzi tub, it looked luxurious! The staff was so helpful to us getting there late and where to park and how to return key the next day."

"Very clean. Nice little kitchen. Over all very nice. Although there was someone smoking on the third floor so it stank up the whole floor. Also, we needed to use an iron as we were leaving to a wedding in a couple hours and there was no one at the desk to help us. If they close for lunch then they need a sign."

"Staff was rude because I rang the bell, gave me a super hard time. I’m like, what’s the point of a bell being here if I’m not suppose to ring it? Then was mad I needed a new key for the room, sorry I got locked out, but isn’t that your job to help people that get locked out?"

"Honestly, I stayed here over 20 years ago and it was nice. Going back in 2026 I should've paid more attention to the reviews. Our room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, hair dryer pulling out of the wall, dirty old carpet, broken curtain, and worn out mattresses. The water in the shower was just luke warm on top of the mold and the bathroom light that was constantly strobing. I will not be going back and it's sad because this used to be a nice place many years ago."
