"The rooms were clean and the property is well maintained. It appears as though what used to be a pool area has been converted to a pickleball court with corn hole boards next to it. Also, note that there is no elevator at this property, so make sure to request the 1st floor if stairs are an issue."

"No towels in room on arrival. When I went to desk to request towels I was told they couldn’t dry linens .Fire doors opened to stair wells no closed due to carpeting . Elevator inspection expired. Pool was not maintained: slime residue on pool. I had bathed grandson in antibacterial soap. Door to pool area was rusted, safety closure not functioning , propped open with a towel. Ants on multiple surfaces in our room . Required me to clean room with sanitizing wipes. Fire occurred Sunday morning in...

"We arrived late. Front desk was efficient but not very friendly. Almost missed breakfast as we didn’t know it ended at 9. Bed was firm. Very clean."

"This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better."

"They recently had a Fire and Water leak. We were not notified that there wouldn’t be breakfast due to the damage. We chose this hotel for that reason. Notifications should have been sent to us so we could chose to change our reservation."

"We did not pre-book at The Trail, but we were glad to get a room there. The rooms were tastefully redone, keeping with the bourbon trail theme. The onsite restaurant and bar was nice. My only complaint was access to our room was not easy to navigate. With lots of luggage you had to go in and out of several outside doors to get to our room. We weren’t the only ones having a difficult time finding our room. Besides that, this is a great hotel."

"Alexis checked us in and was very helpful when we needed towels or anything for our room. We stayed in 106 and it had it's own private entry way. The only thing was that it was next to the conference room and they did have a meeting one day while we were there and could hear them before the meeting started. We didn't mind that but some people might. The room was clean and neat. The Tavern next door has free breakfast from 8-10 a.m. it was really good and the staff was very nice. Parking is...
