Panorama Vacation Retreat at Horsethief Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"Came with my husband for a short vacation we stayed in Horse Theif lodge. The room was a bachelor sized, but spacious. Can fit up to 4 people. It was very clean, minor stains on carpet but clean, and just the curtains I would recommend replacing, but it had everything we needed. Came with Shampoo and soaps, no hair conditioner, which was fine, there were plenty of towels and dish cloths. The bed and bedding were comfortable, no stains. The staff at the office were so nice to us and made checking in so easy. Finding our suite was tricky at first but they give you a map. The appliances were upgraded stainless steel. Had a BBQ outside and all cooking utensils included. Beautiful views! Free mini golf! Free gondola, we didnt get to ride it because it was closed for the season., walking around was just as nice. Two hot tubs per area and a BBQ fit for larger groups. We are booking again and this time bringing the kids."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The staff were very accommodating and kind. We arrived late, and they were gracious enough to allow us a later check-out, which we really appreciated. They were also very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The location is great and very close to Fairmont Hot Springs. It’s also a great place for families, especially if you have kids who enjoy sports and outdoor activities. We had a great experience and would definitely come back again!"

"VERY Nice place in all aspects including the restaurant and guest breakfast.cant make an improvement suggestion. One of the restaurant servers was suboptimal- somehow missed seeing us tho maître de seated us, no water was served till we asked, when it was delivered it was clunked down as is she was mad( though she wasn’t), she left the glasses stacked on our table. She hadn’t been trained is only explanation. Contrary to the morning supervisor ( with poney tail) who was superb."

"We loved our stay! The cabin was a great experience for my Granddaughters. We enjoyed the hot tub. The office staff was so helpful and pleasant. We will definitely return if in the area again."
