"The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and spacious. That said, breakfast was just day-old pastries and lukewarm coffee, which was disappointing.
The biggest issue was with the Expedia Platinum perks. We usually book VIP hotels for the benefits, but they weren’t really honored here. Management needs to do something about the elevator issues - our last 2 days, only 1 elevator worked, but often taking us to the wrong floor- very frustrating at times.

"Everything about the place was great. One thing I noticed was that the sink faucet was on the back corner- which was cool-looking, but made it messier for me to wash my face! But overall the bed was comfortable. And the amenities were great. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and convenient and the continental breakfast was great!!"
