"Great service and experience from the beginning!!!"
El Conquistador Resort

"Property is amazing, rooms are spacious and clean. The food is expensive and not very good. Honestly the cheaper restaurants (Mexican) were much better than the expensive ones (don’t waste your money on the sushi or steak house). Service was also disappointing, specifically at the Palomino island. Servers ignore you when they are out, even when you are set up on a chair, and hide inside most of the time. Having to go to the bar to order food and drinks consistently is not only annoying, but a waste of time. One of the days I had to spend almost 45 minutes at the bar waiting for my food to come out - this was after spending an hour at the chair, with my neck cranked to the back constantly trying to get their attention…. Even when they brought drinks to the set of chairs next to us."
