"We had a problem with the air conditioning. They were very helpful in having it repaired quickly. The room was cleaned daily, always extra water. The staff At the front desk were wonderful to deal with. No problem with the Wifi. The breakfast had lots of healthy choices, great coffee"

"LOVE this hotel. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Plan to eat at least one dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was amazing. Lots of people came to eat at the restaurant that weren't even staying at the hotel. Didn't eat breakfast but if dinner was any indication it would have been great. Rooms were very nice. Modern bathroom with good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Great location just a short walk to the main square. If we go back to Valencia we would stay there...

"Beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, the location was fantastic, and the property has such a unique charm. The only minor downside was that the shower floor was quite slippery, so it’s something to be mindful of. Overall, we had a wonderful stay."

They are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, from booking taxis to recommending restaurants to sorting queries about the room. The breakfast buffet is very varied with plenty of choice, catering for everyone and the hot food freshly cooked to order and taste. We liked the rooftop terrace bar and again very friendly staff. Our only disappointment was the bedroom. We booked a superior room but when asked to do online...

"Very nice location, close to restaurants , shopping and public transportation. If you bring a car, the parking is 25 dollars per day. The room was very modern and extra clean."

"The hotel was amazing, clean, and in the middle of the old city. It’s only few minutes walking from the train station. The breakfast buffet was really good with many options. Beside the hotels many restaurants and gift shops. I will definitely choose this hotel again."
