"We had a great time staying at Coral Tree House! As a sharp contrast between the hustle and bustle of Old Town Temecula, this unique retreat is full of character and style. We were lucky to book one night stay during the Memorial weekend because this place is usually fully booked. The hosts are very hospitable. Will certainly come back. Have recommended to friends and family."

"I booked a king standard room online with no issues. Checked in around 10pm and no one was at the check-in desk. After a few, a young lady walked in from outside to help & we were assigned our room. We started making our way to our room. We noticed that the property didn't appear to be well kept. Also we noticed random broken things around the property. We saw a broken fire extinguisher case near our parking space. No fire extinguisher & just broken glass. We also saw a large broken glass...

"The beds are very old box spring beds and pop every time you move. Fridge doesn't cool enough, The cable went out. Only 2 small towels provided. We stayed 4 days and no one cleaned our room once. It was quiet and clean. The grounds and pool seemed ok. We didn't use them though."

"The woman at the front desk switched us to a single queen bed room even though we had booked and paid in advance for a single king bed room. When I went back to the front desk to complain, she tried to convince that she gave me an upgrade by downgrading the bed size. She was rude and unprofessional. "

"Carpets were dirty and stained, walls had scuffs on them and furniture was damaged. A/C barely worked and when I asked for someone to check it I was told this was energy saving option. Reservation was for four people, yet there were only three towels in the bathroom and two bottles of water. Lights were so dimmed you could barely see at night and some of them didn't work. Upon check-in I was invited to sign a document declining housekeeping services since we stayed three nights. Not a four star...

"I paid $250 and felt ripped off. Very plain, cheap remodal . No microwave no coffee pot no refrigerator. Cheap soap. A bad fight broke out in the night 3 times. And u can hear everything from the other rooms. Top sheet was dirty and room very stuffy. I give it a one star. Their ratings must be fake because definitely not 5 stars like most travelers said"

"Employees were very friendly and helpful. I left my cell phone in our room and housekeeping placed it where I could find it! Thank you! The lighting in the room was very dim. Maybe change bulbs to LED to brighten up and keep the bathroom cooler. Outlets on the wall next to the bed were not working."

"Front desk, manager, cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. Driftwood Kitchen restaurants next to the hotel 5 Star. Food was very good and staff very friendly. I would definitely go back there to eat. The hotel is very old and there are parts of the walls that appears to crumbling. There was some stairs that was closed off due to crumbling. The lobby was very nice. Owner needs to invest into the hotel. Needs a lot of upgrades. Probably will not stay here again."
