"The building was nice and all, however we got stuck in the elevator for over an hour and missed some of our planned trip and lost out on some money we had paid for other events. The staff was apologetic, but that was about it. I would have expected something offered, maybe a free night to return or a free upgraded room. It was not our fault the elevator got stuck and it took them a while to get anyone to help us. At one point the elevator itself was calling the front desk and they go annoyed...

"Camelot is a very nice hotel in a beautiful location! Check in was very smooth - since I arrived late, my key was waiting on the desk for me! My 2 room suite was very clean with a comfortable queen bed. An evening snack and a muffin and coffee for breakfast were an added bonus. My only disappointment was that the cute bar was already closed so I couldn't have a nightcap! I will definitely stay here again!"

NIce landscaped courtyard in the middle of the hotel, with a large grassy area to walk in. Negatives: numerous. No chair in the room, so nowhere to sit except on the edge of the bed. No furniture (tables and chairs) out in the courtyard, contrasting with the photo displayed by the hotel - there was nowhere to sit outside. Quirky television service,...

"There is no pool at this hotel. They have permission to use the pool at the other hotel behind them also owned by Marriot. However; the pool was under repair so not available for use. The door lock for our room wasn't working and they did move us to another room. There are no restaurants within walking distance so drive or have door dash delivery."
