"The room was clean. The breakfast was freshly cooked and hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was construction but it was not noisy. The construction area was well roped off. I would gladly stay again."

"I initially booked through expedia for the wrong dates and immediately contacted them to make a change. Expedia told me they tried reaching the hotel multiple times but received no response and as a result i was still charged for the first night as a cancelation fee. This was disappointing. During our stay, there were 4 of us in one room and we needed clean towels the next day(like everyday). When we asked housekeeping, the employee told us our room wasn't scheduled for service until day 3 and was quite rude about it. We ended up having to go down to the lobby ourselves to request clean towels. On top of thay we checked out midweek when the hotel was nearly empty and requested a late checkout but it was denied. The explanation given was that it was because we booked through Expedia, whixh felt unreasonable. Overall the experience was disappointing and we will not choose to stay here again. "

"The key mashine was not working for at least a month. Only gave us one key. If you left the key in the room, someone from reception had to go up with you to open the room for you. Sometimes you had to wait a long time because there was only one staff member with the hotel in its max occupancy. Some members of the staff did not have any urgency to help with the situation. "

"No complaints regarding our one night stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast offered several choices and ample seating. Staff member checking us in, who we interacted with several times during our stay, was welcoming, personable, efficient and the reason I would definitely return when in the Wake Forest area. Shout out to Meesha (sp)!"

"Overall this a an awesome hotel to stay at whether you’re traveling for business reason or personal reasons. I have stayed at this establishment on multiple occasions because of the staff and property. My last stay was an horrible experience and when ask to speak with the manager no one was available. I would stay again but never on the 4th floor room 421 the lights completely went out 4 times over a 2 day stay. Overall nice property and the Mexican restaurant in walking distance is A-1"
