"The refrigerator froze everything. This room needed some serious work. Big stain on rug and the bathroom was in shabby condition for the money we had to pay. Most Holiday Inns are immaculate. This one was not"

"Clean hotel with decent amenities and nice breakfast. Good beds. Pool is quite small. Only interacted with two staff members and neither seemed to be particularly enjoying their day. Few pleasantries and no eye contact."

"This property was ok, if I could do it over again I would have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express which would have been cheaper and which is much better than this property! I feel like there towels were too little and I’m an average sized lady! Plus I did not like all the construction filth in the hallways! They probably should reduce rates until the remodeling phase is complete! Staff were very sweet though!"

"My husband stayed here when working out of to. He said the area appeared sketchy, a lady was passed out in her car with her door open next to where he was parked; she was breathing, but totally out of it. The breakfast wasn’t very good as far as items offered and the way some were prepared; overly runny batter for waffles, juice machine broken, etc."

"If you need a bargain ok. They have made an effort to present the lobby nicely. The check in clerk was pleasant. The checkout lady couldn’t be bothered. We went out and came back to a “ situation” in the lobby area that felt unsafe. Our room… the bed was comfortable and felt clean. The floor was buckled in the entry and bathroom ( my husband is handicapped ). The toe nail clippings in the bathroom made me want to barf. Breakfast was minimal but okay. Coffee was good."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a fantastic, convenient location. The staff was lovely as well. The only downside was the room's poor soundproofing; unfortunately, I was kept awake at night by screaming children in the neighboring room. Great stay overall, will stay again."
