"The person who we checked in with at night was who I am guessing is, the manager. I don't remember his name, but he was so very nice and welcoming! Our room was pretty spacious; the bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the am was very tasty. The hall walking to our room was VERY hot & a little stuffy, it felt like there was no air circulating, but once we were in our room, and adjusted the temp, it was comfortable. "Clean room and facilities. Fridge in room wasn't working, they changed it quickly. Would be nice to have a free coffee station available in lobby. Some lower end hotels have this. Still not crazy about the $20 per night parking. Neighborhood is walkable."

"The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Also on the plus side, the pool is larger than comparably priced hotels. But for a Hilton, overall management was not attentive. Example one. The fire alarm went off, apparently a false alarm and the third in a matter of days according to another hotel guest we talked with outside waiting to be let in again. Example two. "I did like everything. What i didn’t like is that i have to paid to park usually in other places if you get a room parking is free or included. But everything else was perfect i will give it 5 stars review and will come again even if i have to pay to park 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂"

"The front desk wasn’t informative or friendly at check in. I had to ask questions about simple things that should’ve been said like room number, location of elevators how parking works. I had to ask the questions about parking, how it works and than added it for an additional fee."

"It was our anniversary we had a nice room small but nice. They didn't have no toothpaste make sure you bring your own im glad we brung ours 😆 . We had a balcony but no chairs for the balcony. It was raining but it was nice. We will come back this summer. T here are a lot of restaurants and shopping around target Kohls Dave and buster you can walk around even have a playground for the kids."
