"Room was very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower pressure excellent. Front desk staff nice, polite and helpful - loaned us a phone charger. Lots of outlets to plug in your electronics. View of Niagara Falls from I HOP in the hotel was amazing. Would definitely book again when we return to Niagara Falls. Also, well-priced, especially in comparison to other hotels in the area."

"Stayed at a Superior Fallsview Room. Great location, very close to the Horseshoe Falls. Overall the room was great, but there were still some issues: The toilet tank was not filling when we arrived, though they fixed it after we called. They have a walk-in shower connected to the separate toilet room, but the door is poorly sealed so water can leak out onto the toilet room floor during showers. The exterior side of the window was dirty and also had spiders hanging around, so even though the angle from our room is great, it's hard to take good photos of the Falls. The check-in line can take some time (took nearly twenty min for us)."

"I liked the place but, no complimentary breakfast. The restaurant was not cheap either, then again, nothing in Niagara Falls is cheap these days. Also, the Starbucks in the lobby is not really a Starbucks, they simply use the logo and charge Starbucks prices but won’t accept their gift cards. Minor annoyances but still."

"I love my stay here. I booked the superior room for our family trip. My room was very clean. The staff was help and nice. I love their buffet selection for breakfast and dinner. The Wi-fi was weak in some areas. In my room it worked. It was nice trip."
