"Upon entering I thought the hotel was new but I was wrong. It was built 8 years ago . The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was impeccable- clean and spacious . Everything looked new . Obviously maintenance is high on the staff’s list . All amenities were clean & open. Breakfasts were good and varied- we stayed 3 nights. There was ample free parking. All in all I enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to people who decide to visit the Niagara Falls...

"We were very surprised to find out that we had to pay to park & it was not included in the price of the room. It was $45 Canadian dollars to park the car in addition to the motel accommodations. We were not happy about that. It should have told us that on the website. Everything else was very nice."

"There are some spider’ net on the frame of the fireplace. Looks like nobody cleans the fireplace. The thermostat shows ‘fans on’, the actual meaning is ´Fans off’. I don’t know for other rooms, it happened in my room when I was there."

"The one bed in our room had a large sinkhole in the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep. I told that lady at reception at check out. All she said was, "I will let housekeeping know". No discount on the room rate was offered (we were there for two nights). Very disappointing as a Hilton member."

"The hotel is in a great location and there is a large car park (for a fee) which is convenient. However, it would have been nice to have been told in advance about the large ‘function’ being held during our stay which meant there was security everywhere and the restaurant was closed. The on site Starbucks also served me a dairy flat white, despite asking for oat milk three times and checking with them. There was only one working elevator out of three, and being on the 14th floor, stairs weren’t...
