"Great space, very clean and everyone we encountered was lovely. Location was great, about a 5 minute walk to clifton hill. Really appreciated the common room (big space with couches, tvs, coffee, bathrooms/shower as we had a late pick up for the airport. Would highly recommend"

"Everything about the hotel room was amazing, truly! The parking cost is wild though, which brings my star rating down. I decided to park at a local motel to save $. Hopefully they can review their parking costs to make this more affordable for their guests in the future. Also, do not go to the Starbucks in the hotel - their prices are much higher and they charge an additional tax. 2 drinks and 2 pastries was $39!"

"首先前台服務員給我們極高樓層瀑佈景觀房間，再者每晚晚上10 時在房間也能看到煙花，真是很棒。雖然酒店房間很寬敞，但看起來已有相當歷史。房間沒有樽裝水供應，也沒有熱水壺煲水。不過可以向前台或housekeeping 取一個。我個人認為酒店早餐只是一般，選擇唔多。第二天約早9時去吃早餐，有些食物都唔refill。除非自駕或買WeGo bus card，否則去酒店交通唔方便。"

"We had someone staying in the building that kept us awake most of our second. He was his phone in the common area talking to a woman. The conversation was loud and we could hear her conversation as well. It was 12:20 in the morning when my wife asked him to stop. The staff living on site did nothing. We were not impressed. That second night stay should actually be refunded. Never had an experience like that at a B&B before."

"A quiet and comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. They accommodated gluten free very well, even maintained the same breakfast with appropriate substitutions. A lovely experience, would stay here again. "

"Amazing B&B, Joyce is the perfect host she is very accommodating and made us feel like family. The location just far enough away from the falls to be quite but still close enough to walk."

"Pool not usable. Office not staffed all day. Ice machine locked in office. Needs updated. Staff that I met were friendly and helpful."

"I thought I was staying at the Fallsview Casino, but realized it was the Niagara Fallsview, but the staff was amazing and the property and room was great. I wish I had time to try the pool. My only issue was the charge for the parking. I get the issue, property is expensive and that cost needs to be recouped, but it would have been nice if it was included."

"The stay was great! The staff was always helpful and friendly! We had a Junior Presidential suite, and the view was gorgeous! We definitely recommend staying here!"

"Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"

"Check in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. One complaint was the air conditioning was very very loud and the clicking of the thermostat kept me up most of the night when it would kick in. 1 minute walk to casino, maybe 5-10 minute walk to Clifton Hill."
