"Nice room and view. Well furnished. However it is more than likely that the air conditioning system is not properly sanitized/cleaned. Many people in the hotel lobby and the lift were surprisingly sneezing and even myself on my last day, I got a cold and still have it after 6 days."

"Nice hotel. Parking is expensive and view of the nightly fireworks is obscured by other high rise hotels. Be sure to get as high a room as possible. We got to the hotel at 6:00 and our room still wasn’t ready. Booked a falls view (higher price) room four months in advance and they originally put us on the 3rd floor where there would be basically no view of the falls. They moved us to the 8th floor which had an OK view but would have preferred a higher floor."

"Beautiful hotel with stunning view of the falls as promised. Good on sight breakfast with amazing staff (Andy was so friendly!). Comfortable beds and very clean rooms. No main gift shop open for missing supplies /water and water was out on many floors vending machines. Eventually went to lobby and requested some be brought to the room which was provided. All In all would recommend and stay again."

"The hotel was not ideal. The issues started right at check in. I opted at booking to pay at the hotel, when I called to verify everything was all set for me to pay at the hotel I was told that was not an option and the funds would be taken the day before arrival. I got to the hotel and was told I needed to pay. Then there was the sheets, blankets, and towels with stains on them. Bathroom was deteriorating, and no local info on things to do or places to eat. Staff was not very pleasant, soft talkers and could not hear them, all in all would not stay here again."
