"What a pleasant surprise this place turned out to be. The rooms are adorable, the bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. The little extra touches made this place a standout. Microwave popcorn in the room, ample coffee, keyless entry, massage chairs on property all of these things were unexpected and we took full advantage. We will stay again as we travel to Thermopolis a few times a year."

"Lots of someone else’s body hair in the shower, grit on the floor, crumbs on the night stand and tv stand, and several extra gross spiders. Not cleaned well at all. Very loud too if you are on grade level - second time staying here and both times it sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in if someone gently walks above you. Alas, this appears to be the best option in town. "

"Room was clean but very dated. Nobody on duty in the office. Property around the facility not well maintained. Bed wasn't comfortable. I don't give bad reviews but this one merited it."

"Just double check and call the property before you go. This was our second time staying. The first time was excellent, this time not so much. I booked a cabin back in January for this March trip. I got the email welcoming me and gave me to door code to get in. We went in and it def. looked like someone was still staying there. I went to the office and the lady told me that "I just found out you were scheduled to stay like an hour ago, and everything is booked due to a fencing company ". I asked her what that meant and she said she only had 2 rooms available and they weren't a cabin. The first room she let me check out was hot as hell but the second one was decent. I wasnt upset but def. disappointed. I believe the cabins are more expensive and I didnt get was I paid for. "
