The bathroom was dirty as if no one cleans the toilet or tub, there were no toiletries to use, no house keeping that came to see if we needed clean towels or anything, the soap container they had hanging looked like they are never changed out with mold and dirt, pillows were extremely flat and room smelled. "The property is dated and could use refurbishment and it's underway. Mostly it needs to be brightened up by repainting and the carpet removed and or replaced. However, everything was clean including bedding, floors and furnishings. It was an older Ramada Inn with their older dark colors. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and would/will stay there in the future. It's location is in an area of low income spread. We read all previous ratings before going there. "Great breakfast in the morning- staff very friendly - need to remove the plastic from Covid time - Location is great - but the exit is awful- you most make a u turn to get in - need to make an accessible road behind the hotel"

"Hotel was not open. We attempted to stay on Nov. 1. There was a sign on the door stating the office was only open 7am-11pm (Nothing about the office hours was listed on the hotels.com profile). The door to the hotel was locked, and no answer when we arrived at 11:02 pm. Through the locked door we could see several large carpet rolls. There were no other cars in the parking lot. I saw on other reviews that they got sent to a different hotel, which makes me think they are under renovation right...
