"Friendly hotel and good cleanliness with excellent location. You can easy to access all the shops near by bar and restaurant around the hotel. We have enjoyed our stay and would recommend. To everyone. I hope to visit again in the next trips."

"Staff very friendly always helpful from the reception to the restaurant staff, life guard and room cleaners, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely atmosphere around the pool nice little pool bar for snacks and drinks, I was here in peak season and no trouble getting a sunbed as long as your there by about 10am there’s always a few about but maybe not with shade if you get there too late. Food selection was great in the morning and evening, an evening meal is 16 euro and it’s a all you can eat buffet style so it’s very good value for the amount you can have, the air con in my room worked very well even though it was up to 39c while I was here it had no trouble keeping my room nice and cool. Very well situated hotel a wide selection of shops and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk and more further on into cala millor and beyond, cala bona and cala millor are both very nice clean friendly places with all you can need in terms of entertainment from the quiet bars to a few louder bigger bars with live music, food at restaurants was lovely and such a wide selection and I was never once disappointed with anything I ate or drank, I would absolutely come here again it feels safe and very friendly"

"I think I would be somewhere between okay and good. First experience was not good. After booking I received an email to ask if I wanted to select a specific room. I thought that would be nice then I can choose and have a good view etc. it was going to cost me on arrival 80 euros which was fine. I did this about 2 months prior to arrival and all booked according to them. Then 3 days before arrival I got an email to say they unfortunately can’t give me the room I selected and had booked me a different one for an additional 100 euros if I didn’t reply they would assume all good. I was already away and missed this email but reached out to say why were they charging me extra for the room I hadn’t selected??! Seemed very underhand behaviour - I had already paid for the room and the extra was only if I got to select the room I want so I said I would leave it to pot luck on the rooms and not to charge me. They replied to say they were going to give me the new room for free but not a good start when they shouldn’t have charged extra in the first place. Avoid pre booking is my advice! Food was ok but often bland and under seasoned. Some weird offerings and desserts all tasted the same. Customer experience team very helpful though and nice pool and close to the beach. Not sure about Cala millor don’t think we’d return."
