"Great location overlooking Grant Park and Field Museum, great bus and train connections, AC was needed and appreciated, so was coffee in lobby and ice water with real fruit. So appreciated a reasonably priced room when I needed sudden accommodations. Bed and shower were perfect. Thank you very much."

"We booked the hotel with free breakfast and internet but we only got the internet. We went to the resto to have breakfast but was advised that we book to expedia that’s why there is no free breakfast."

"Late night check in due to flight being canceled. Able to get a room. Airport shuttle not free and not available in the morning. Fitness center equipped with a couple treadmills. No weights to work with. No wipes. Swimming pool not available. Breakfast offered but no variety and warm food cold. Noisy air conditioner in room. Biggest complaint was that hotel was not what was advertised."
