"I was so surprised how affordable this hotel was considering how nice it was. It was less than five minutes from O’Hare Airport. The hotel was so clean, the staff was so nice and our stay was very pleasurable as results of this. I would recommend this hotel !!!"

"It's a wonderful property a stones throw from all the neighborhoods for local shopping and dining. Very comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The booking process is a little tedious but don't let that put you off. They are actively working to make sure all their guests have a pleasant and quite experience. We stayed in a lovely room with a small patio. It was very relaxing. We found the parking to be pretty easy."

"Great bang for you buck! For they money, you really can't go wrong. As long as you want for breakfast is cereal, I would recommend it. They could offer more for the continental breakfast but again, when you compare to other area hotels, you can't really argue with these guys that they shouldn't feel obliged to offer a full breakfast at the excellent rates they charge."

"The kiosk check in is beyond stupid. It took FOREVER. Almost a half hour just to check in. I’ve never stayed anywhere where this is the standard. There was somebody at the front desk the entire time. Why can’t a real person just check me it?"

"Our room was a little smaller than our liking, it wasn't the cleanest I found soup residue and hair in the shower. The beds were clean and comfortable. The pool, breakfast, and location were excellent!"

"on expedia the room advertised my room to have a window with sunlight. i booked had a window with some sunlight/view… there was absolutely no sunlight in the hallways and in my room the window faced other windows of the hotel and was just very DARK. air felt musty. the staff was wonderful though, especially front desk staff."

"Hotel is pretty "okay" if you are going for business, but our experience was not nice. The Air Conditioner wasn't working on a 65-80 degree outside, I told the front desk if they can help or make a room change but the solution was to give me a floor fan, not the type of help I was hoping and did not do anything to the A/C, it felt like "this is the best we can do, handle it".
