"Kind of rediculous to charge for parking when they have a large lot. This area is not busy so no need to charge extra cost. The fitness center was closed down and it seemed that only one elevator was working. Kinda needs an update overall. Bathroom toliet kept running. Room was ok but for the price I would expect better."

"Upsetting that I was given a room that I had to haul all of my luggage up 16 steep stairs. No other room options. I had reserved a room months in advance. The front desk lady said a few stairs, which I found odd being that there is an elevator. Beware…the top floor is by stairs only! Front desk lady was very cold and almost robotic. Not at all friendly. The bed was extra firm. I was told all their beds are the same."

"We had a good stay but the Hotel is old need to be remodeled and for where the hotel is located didn't like that we need to pay for parking, the hotel has a funny smell, breakfast was good and for what we needed to stay was ok."

"It was a very late check in because of flight delays and so we were so exhausted we just wished for a seamless check in and get our room to rest but the front desk staff Demetrius went above and beyond and made our stay a wonderful one. He was very pleasant, professional, helpful and was attentive to our needs. Thank you, Demetrius for helping us ease our stressful day"

"Right across the street from Wrigley this place is the place to stay if watching cubs game and visiting Wrigley. Gallagher way. Brand new. Fabulous staff that accommodated my early arrival bag storage & changing in rest room pre game. Only issue is parking. Not clear signage but it’s off Clark street look for big on building. Once you leave u pre pay but pull all the way up to exit doors or they won’t open spent 15 minutes figuring out how to trigger the exit Fabulous pregame or other...

"Wanted a house in oak park and this was such a pleasant, comfortable and convenient place. Really comfortable beds too. Even a lovely piano. "

"Tv only had cable. No Netflix. Lids for coffee cups in room would be helpful. If I use the paper cup, I’m probably taking it somewhere. Room temp control was not user friendly and it was super warm even set at 69."

"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."
