"This place is right next to a road and lots of road noises at night. The AC/heater makes loud noise that you can’t sleep. For a motel room, the room is pretty clean. But the location is just terrible. I would not stay here as I can’t even get a decent sleep here. "

"There was no parking at the property. There are no luggage carts because the elevator holds a max of 3 people. It was musty and old, the floors creek and you hear the people above you all night. Would not recommend."

"The room appeared to be clean but we found ants shortly after we got settled. Reported it to the front desk and request the room be treated immediately, 45 minutes later after a second trip to the front desk we got a response. They sprayed and made no other effort to correct the situation. Told Is the would re clean in 2 to 4 hours after the spray had a chance to work. Luckily we had a concert so being out of the room wasn’t an issue. When we returned all seems better. When we got up in the morning we found more ants which I took to the front desk. All we got was an I’m Sorry. I requested the room be thoroughly clean and we headed out for the day. When we returned 6 hours later the room had still not been cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was not helpful and no consideration given to extreme inconveniences that the situation caused. Poor customer service and very bad experience. They offered to change our rooms but had nothing comparable to what we paid for nor did they offer any compensation for the trouble and stress. Worst experience I have ever had. Would have found a different hotel but the room was prepaid and no way to get refund."

"This is a perfectly nice and cute hotel in a good location near the stadium. Apparently it is one of three locations across the city, and they all share CENTRALIZED guest services staff. Said another way, there is no staff onsite to help you with anything, including opening the front door. You have to complete check in online, including a photo of your ID and a selfie for identity verification, before you can get a key... to be clear, that is a key to the building AND your room. If you like me haven't done this yet, you have to call the number on a piece of paper taped to the window and they will text you things to do while you and your bags stand on the sidewalk as long as is required to get through checkin. Luckily Im tech savvy, but if this had been my parents for instance, who are in their sixties and relatively savvy themselves, there would be no hope. Once you're in, the hotel is cute and fine. Then again, lack of staff was a huge inconvenience as I needed to stow my bags for the day before an evening flight, but no staff to do that. I had to uber to a hotel near where I was going and use their bell desk. So unnecessary. Note to The Chicago Hotel: this model doesn't work, and I wouldn't recommend anyone do this to themselves when there's plenty of other places to stay."
