"Asked Expedia for an early check-in and was told it would be after three like it was supposed to be. It was very cold in Chicago and all we wanted to do is get in a room and begin the day. They promised they would call when our room is available and never ever did. So we walked around in cold Chicago waiting for the call that never ever came. Got the room at 6:30 pm and went to sleep a couple hours later. The heater didn’t work and it was freezing in the broom although they did bring blankets up...

"1st night was given a room that the bed was next to the wall with the evelator.
They couldn't change me that night but did the next day.
Staff was gracious and friendly.
Location was spot on for walking Riverwalk, Millennial park and Michigan Avenue
