The room was very clean with a nice view and comfy bed. Love the products offered in the shower. Staff was super friendly at check in and security held door and elevator for me since I had a large luggage cart.

Room is dirty and smelled like smoke, breakfast was OK, the hallways and exterior of the building were downright nasty with trash littered, and none of the exterior trash cans were emptied the entire time I was there. I was questioned about my service animal and decided to just pay their pet fee ...
