"They arranged transportation to the airport for me. Hotel was clean. Room was very nice, it had everything I needed for my stay. Staff was awesome! I left before breakfast was available, but it sure smelled good!"

"The staff was helpful and responsive in check in and getting a shuttle from and to the airport in the freezing cold. Room is very clean and they really should advertise the heated floors in the room and the heated towel shelf in the bathroom. Beds are on the firm side, which i don't like, but overall this is a really nice hotel if you happen to be in Fargo. Looks like a cool city to explore if it wasn't negative degrees!"

"After our nightmare of Airbnb situation it was wonderful crawling into a clean, smoke free room. Breakfast was also a nice bonus!"

"I enjoyed our stay. I was traveling alone with two kids for a last minute trip. Hotel felt safe. Room was clean and well appointed. All the staff we encountered was so kind. Everything we ended up needing was very close and convenient. The only reason I wouldn't book again is if we found another hotel with a better pool area and hot tub. "

"The staff was amazing, but unfortunately that’s about the only good thing I can say. When pulling up to the hotel it just looks dingy and uninviting. The pullout beds had old, stained mattresses and someone else’s old oreos in between the platform and the mattress. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and the towels were stained. The breakfast was okay, nothing great. When choosing this hotel, the pictures of the hotel were deceiving and based on the reviews I read, and the photos, I expected more...

"My room was clean, the shower was good with “clean” products. I was surprised there was not any lotion to use which surprised me. Didn’t use much of the kitchen except for the refrigerator which kept my beverages cold. Didn’t use the pool and the staff was friendly. I’d stay again. "

"There is always "remodeling" at this hotel though I have yet to see an updated room. Our room was outdated, dirty, and certainly not reflective of the price. There was also about a 2 inch clearance from the floor to the bottom of the door, which made me feel very unsafe."

"Thick layer of dust on top of lamp shades and such. Toilet paper was like sand paper. Every else was wonderful. "

"At first we weren't comfortable with our room (it smelled kind of like smoking, even though the whole place is non smoking) but the staff was super courteous, and gave us a different room which was very nice."

"The room had an odd odor. The pool was okay, but it definitely could use some cleaning, and every time we went, they didn't have any towels available. The dry sauna was nice. The amount of trash/animal feces outside around the property was surprising. I'm not sure anyone even cleans it. A pile of dog feces sat by the door for nearly 3 days. Breakfast was good; they kept it well stocked."
